The cuisine at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, and the Swiss style breakfast room offered a delicious buffet spread. The property was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. There were also lots of amenities such as indoor football, tennis, and bowling. Despite only staying overnight, I found the room to be comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet area with free parking, and it also has a bar where I enjoyed a drink. I was impressed with the friendly staff, great amenities, and tasty breakfast at Westfalen Hof.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it very comfortable to relax in. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. the hotel's location was excellent, near key tourist attractions and transport links. Having access to the indoor football and tennis as well as bowling was an added bonus for entertainment during the stay.

The check-in process wasn't very smooth, with staff failing to acknowledge our presence. The lighting in the room was confusing and took some time to figure out.

Great food offered for dinner and adequate breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby town, as it was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable bed and necessary amenities.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, making our stay less enjoyable. , the towels provided were old and rough, and the front desk was not open 24/7, causing inconveniences when we needed assistance.
